ZASIMO will deliver your order using reputable delivery partners throughout Pakistan and in most cases, for all orders placed before 6pm in the major cities will be made within 1 to 2 days. Our couriers will contact you prior to delivery to help ensure you are able to receive your parcel on time and they will take payment from you should you opt for cash on delivery payment method.

We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 07 days of delivery. Please contact the ZASIMO Team to obtain a returns authorisation (RMA). No exchanges will be accepted without a valid RMA.
